At Dismass Kilimanjaro Experience, we understand that some operators offer climbs via the Umbwe Route in as few as five days. However, we do not recommend or operate this route in fewer than six trekking days, as we prioritize our clients’ safety, proper acclimatization, and overall summit success.

As a result, our Umbwe Route itinerary is designed as an 8-day program, consisting of 7 nights and 8 days, to provide a safer, more enjoyable, and more successful climbing experience
