Ruzizi Tented Lodge is an intimate eco-camp set on the shores of Lake Ihema inside Akagera National Park, offering guests a tranquil safari experience in a beautiful lakeside setting with abundant wildlife and birdlife right at your doorstep. The lodge’s tents are tucked among swaying palms and fig trees, blending into the natural surroundings and giving a peaceful retreat feel.
The camp consists of carefully spaced en-suite safari tents connected by wooden boardwalks to a central lounge, dining area, and deck overlooking the lake. Each tent features comfortable beds, hot and cold running water, and shaded verandas where you can relax with a view of the water and surrounding wilderness.
